Jubilee

A member of the X-Men, Jubilee's mutant powers allow her to generate and control articulate, quasi-animate transitory plasmoids, which take the form of multicolored globules, streamers and sparkles, and explode at her mental command. This is specifically based on Jubilee from the 2024 cartoon X-Men '97.
