This character lora is for generating Mont Blanc Noland from One Piece anime series. He appears in the Shandia flashback of Skypiea Arc and is a skilled botanist and healer. As an admiral he lead many expeditions and discovered the golden city Shandora. Later he was insulted as "Liar Noland", after his stories of the golden city seemed to be untrue. The lora was trained with 35 images, where 25 images were screencaps of the anime series.
