Each version is a unique mix and will give you a different consistent face, they are not building upon the last.
These are my Nobodies from SD1.5 retrained to be on SDXL.
Please share your gens below and rate/react, it means a lot and helps me know which y’all like and dislike. I love seeing what is made with them, even if they are at a low weight.
A group of loras I have slowly built up as I enjoy having consistent faces across gens Each uses an assortment of faces from different sources. I will be uploading as I make more! Hope you enjoy

I've shot you a friend request on Discord to discuss a commission and/or guidance.
Can you please detail (e.g. even write an article?) about what poses (and/or prompts?) you are using to create an universal usable character LoRA?
How many pictures? Your training settings? Network rank, ...
Just want to thank you for this resource. the KellyXL face has paired with my favorite "short curly red hair" prompt to make a truly captivating look that I will be using quite a bit...as you might already notice. I've been calling her Kelly Krimson (yes, I know it sounds like a pornstar name, but I love it)
@ShubbleLover please train helena for pony :3
NadineXL says it is for SD 1.5 in the details and so it can't be used with an XL model on Civitai. Maybe you can change that?
I’ll see what I can do
It should be fixed now
i'm not sure but what's the trigger word for her ?
I forgot to do triggers for some. I believe it might be their name or the file name but for best results have the lora in the prompt itself between .7-.95
Is there a chance that you will create a Collection liek with the 1.5 loras? :) PPPLLLLEASSSSSEEE :D
I can work on that!
As of June 2025: Now Civitai has tightened up their terms of service re: depicting celebs - I keep getting "TOS violation - real person detected in prompt" when trying these Loras, even though the very idea is they are 'nobodies'.
:(
I don't think this is a fault with the Lora - it is difficult to work out the combination of factors that causes it, it is usually ok by itself, but likely to cause trouble if you try and put more than one character into a prompt. I have raised a support ticket and they acknowledged that there is an issue with 'real person' detection. Maybe it will be fixed by the time anyone reads this?
Were you able to figure it out? I have never done the on site generator so I am unsure how that works.
