LoRA shoud be compatible with Illu models & NoobAI. (Not tested.)
LoRA is compatible with various styles - Lower the weight & remove "anime screencap" from the prompt, if you are getting too strong anime style

what a detailer is best to get the eyes?
Whatever suits and works for you. There's no such thing as the best one. I use anzhc face adetailer from arvenciel website.
