The flame hair should reasonably act like normal hair.
Trigger words are: Feuerhaare, flame hair, glowing hair
You may want to use several of the trigger words to increase the effect.
Depending on the checkpoint used and the type of prompt, the AI will not only set the hair on fire 😅 But many results are clean enough.

i don't know why but it doesn't shows up inside the Lora tab in A1111
i have to manually write it in the prompt to make it works
