RealFeel-Grounded is a fine tuned model merging various sources including self trained models. It's goal is to produce very grounded & realistic photos.

SD1.5 tends to loose some quality when trying to recreate more realistic photographs that aren't as over saturated, and this model does well with that.

It's good as a base checkpoint, a refiner check point, or use it in img2img to add a little grit and realism to an existing photo.
