Progress update 2025-05-15 again: I think it's good enough. It still sometimes gives dicks when you didn't ask for them, but not as often. The models are finalized and I'll post them tomorrow morning. After this, I'm going to be drastically expanding the dataset.
Progress update 2025-05-15: It was looking pretty good so I ran some tests and it's putting dicks on everyone, so I'm trying to tone that down a bit.
Progress update 2025-05-11: Half the dicks actually look like dicks now, and I'm getting fewer eldritch abominations. Probably only a few days more in the oven before the next release.
Progress update 2025-05-09: Results are improving, but it clearly thinks that dicks are large, specialized thumbs. Still getting occasional lovecraftian abominations as well, particularly when rendering dicks on ladies. On the upside, it doesn't seem to have forgotten how to make non-lewd images in different styles, and it seems to have shed the irritating habit of putting buttons, weird little bumps, etc, on top of clothing where nipples should be.
Progress update 2025-05-08: I'm getting somewhat dick-like body horror now. It'll take some time.
I will not be locking this model behind an early access fee, but buzz donations are greatly appreciated. Or, just post your generations to this page!
UPDATE: v0.2 is a set of FP8 models that can reliably render nude women and shirtless men. I've figured out some better training techniques for HiDream, and I've set it up to preserve as much as HiDream's incredible style variety as possible. There are fewer nudes in the example images this time around to demonstrate that this deserves to be your base model. :)

Please note that I used comfyui-dynamic-prompts for prompt generation, so the crazy long prompts you're seeing here on civit aren't actually the prompts being sent to the encoder.
To really go all-in on art styles the way I did, you need my comfyui custom nodes. I also very strongly recommend merging my pull request (see READ THIS FOR BEST RESULTS below).

v0.1 is a (partially) set of FP8 models (full, dev, and fast) that can reliably render topless characters (men and women, although HiDream renders shirtless men just fine on its own). This version doesn't yet render full nudity very well, but I'm working on that.
I'm working on expanding this in order of increasing difficulty. Next up are lady parts, then man parts (penises are hard. to train.), then possibly sex acts. v0.2 is still training, but the results are very promising.
READ THIS FOR BEST RESULTS:
CLIP and t5 don't do HiDreams any favors (I have a strong suspicion that t5 actively sabotages NSFW gens), particularly when rendering NSFW images. Update your ComfyUI to the latest master and load ONLY llama as your clip encoder (set the pulldown to hidream). If you're technically inclined, merge my pull request, which replaces the tensors full of zeros it sends as CLIP and t5 encodings with cached encoded empty prompts, as the zeroed tensors make HiDream a bit janky and unstable.

It's coming along. I think I'm pushing the limits of what this small (200 image) dataset can do, though, so I'll have to get some more training images.

As far as it sees this is the one to use as the Dev version seems to be a bit blurry, this one works out fine. :) Good job though.
I've got a potential fix for the issue with Dev. There's a custom sampler that works really well with it. I'll post images with workflows tomorrow.
@_Envy_ Yeah, what happened to your Dev version? It's nice to actually get ladies without pants, but the entire image is blurry. :(
This is fixed in the current one. I strongly advise using the special scheduler from one of the example image workflows.

The ones embedded in the example images. Assuming they aren't wiping the metadata on upload, just drag one into comfyui.

One more thing, how did you get or do you realize that 128 context length? That's over 800 tokens on your first demo image that isn't the one with text. I'd love to know and would be very appreciative.
CLIP and T5 have that limitation, whereas llama does not. I recommend against using CLIP and t5 at all. See my note at the end of the description.
Oh, one other thing. What you're looking at is a dynamic prompt. I'm using the random prompt node from comfyui-dynamic prompts, and it's actually using all of that big mess to generate a shorter prompt, so the real prompt is much shorter. That being said, what I said about clip and t5 versus llama is still true. :)
@_Envy_ Thanks for that. I've been using "what I want" and then reword under 128 tokens from various AI chatbots. I mean I could do something basic, but it wouldn't be as clean.
@_Envy_ What node are you using to only use llama? You mentioned to select "HiDream" from the drop list, but I don't know what node you're referencing.
really great, ty. two things if i may suggest, pubic hair down there so adults can look adult, and also when you are happy with the progress a fp4 version pls for us 12GB vram people.

Also, adults can shave their pubes. But yes, I plan to branch out with this checkpoint so it's generally useful. I'm trying to teach it one thing at a time, and the first thing is that vaginas even exist. It was censored pretty hard when they trained it.
Most adults prefer shaved pubes and everyone I've been with has shaved their pubes or trimmed.
@DaddyWolfgang Well, that depends on the trends in the culture where you're from. Assuming we're both in the US then that's probably accurate. However, the Japanese seem to appreciate pubes a lot more
Regardless, I'm not a huge fan of the implication that shaved pubes don't look "adult" (and there are plenty of shaved MILFs on PornHub who would take issue with that as well). Anyway, v0.2 can do some pubic hair if you specify it in your prompt.
@_Envy_ agree that shaving is something that adults do, just suggesting other options on such a useful model, and not demanding as its your work and your vision at the end of the day. ty.

Ultimately, my vision is this being a model for almost everyone (I'm going to stop short of things like scat, bestiality, and so on, but otherwise I'd ideally like to train in whatever I can).
