Armor: armor, blue cape, gauntlets, topless male, pants, thigh cutout, bulge

Swimsuit: black swim briefs, green hawaiian shirt, open shirt, sunglasses on head

From my testing, doing emotion prompts such as happy/sad/etc. gives him eyes. I recommend using it with the TakaTaka style LoCA.
