• "Septum" for general use, to be safe, use it on all generations with a lower weight, or put the size at a higher weight.

• "S s3ptum" for small septums

• "M s3ptum" for medium septums

• "L s3ptum" for large septums

• "XL s3ptum" for very large septums. (less training data for this, might come out strange)
