Latent Layer Cameras is a very powerful HyperNetwork for camera control. It uses wildcards to take control. Those wildcards provided by the author are more than 300 so I combined them into one single 'yaml' file for easier usage.
By using this file, you should be familiar with Stable Diffusion Dynamic Prompts extension. It's an amazing extension which you can generate prompt beyond your imagination.
Tip: Add some weights to the wildcard to ensure the result. Like (__camera/LLC/all__:1.2)

where should I put the file?
Install the extension I mentioned in description then you'll have a folder called 'wildcards'.

Agreed but sounds like all this really does is make camera control (image POV) completely random, if that is appealing to anyone.
