Sorry to correct you, but The Beginning After the End is an English Comic, western basically. It's not a manhwa.
It’s originally written in English by TurtleMe (a western author), and while it has a very Korean/webtoon aesthetic, especially in terms of panel layout and visual pacing, it’s not a Korean manhwa in origin. It just borrows heavily from that visual and narrative style—much like how some anime-inspired cartoons are still western animation.
Thought you'd need a heads-up as well as placing the kudos where it belongs.
nerd, this is a webtoon, try to convince me otherwise
@DKdraven Nerd? God, I wish. Means I’d know even more. Bold of you to speak with that much confidence and that little information, though. It’s a webtoon format, not a Korean manhwa—don’t sprain yourself trying to keep up.
Now. This is a braincell, try to convince me you brought one.
@TheRedMars it was stuffy, try again.
@DKdraven You mean you had to read too much? Sorry. This is it. Begone troll. :3
@TheRedMars manhwa ?
@TheRedMars The work would have been better if there was a Japanese or Korean artist.......but in general it's masterpiece Even though I have some notes about the drawing
I don't know a lot, but i think TurtleMe is a Korean, or eastern Asian?
@gainvara You're right. He is. Odd. I was convinced the author or artist, or the production was English based/sourced. Either way, thanks for the correction. I stand corrected.
so we call it a comic not a manhwa? 🤯🤯🤯
