The most difficult part to get is that ornament thing in her hair, also that kind of freckles that the original character has.
Keywords can be removed to get other types of clothing and things like that.

I keep getting a blue haired character, but nothing resembling Lana's mom :(
I even copied your prompts word-for-word (and I also had downloaded the yuzu detail lora and input that as well).
I also used the same model as you did (the real cartoon anime checkpoint).
Is there possibly a trigger word Im missing?
Regarding the trigger words, the ones that I also use are the ones that I placed in the LoRA info, so I doubt that's the problem.
You can try using the model called Yotta Mix or one of those AnyLora models, I also used a few models for testing and they worked quite well, maybe the weight of the LoRA, usually I put a weight of 0.8 but it depends sometimes.
If none of that causes the problem then I don't know what could be happening, just make sure you are using the correct trigger words and try lowering or increasing the weight.

I did exactly the same generation material you did (word-for-word). It's so weird...
Some of your generation data contains "EMS" in it. When I download the file here though, there is no "EMS" in the name. Is that relevant to anything?
@dogma4000 I think the name doesn't matter, by the way, I also uploaded the LoRA to tensor.art, the latest pics uploaded by me were generated there, maybe you would want to check it out and see if it works, just be sure to add the trigger words too.
@dogma4000 to use a lora, you need to use the exact name of the of the lora file (except the file extension. So if you downloaded a PokeMom.safetensor file, then you put it in the ...\models\lora\ folder and use <lora:PokeMom:1> in your prompt
