Use Adetailer or I recommend that you first generate the desired image, and then change the face using LORA in the inpaint tab:

Inpaint settings:

1. Resize mode - Just resize

2. Mask mode - Inpaint masked

3. Masked content - original

4. Inpaint area - Only masked

5. Width and Height - 512x512 or higher

6. Don't forget to switch to a random seed

7. Experiment with Denoising strength (0.3 - 0.9) and Only masked padding, pixels (10-100)
