@bolero537 I was mostly making a little joke from the perspective of a someone in the room with them. It was meant as humor, not as an insult!
but in this case, in English it would be either "Over the Shoulder Breast grab" or "Over the Shoulder Groping"
Or even "Hand on Breast, Over the Shoulder"
