How to Use
Starlight shines over a large range but performs best with a LOWER CFG setting (3 to 5). Lower CFG provides finer, richer details, aligning with the model's intended goal. Higher CFG offers more color but may have increased artifacts.

love this model, a lot better than merge models that popular people make, since merge models of SDXL tend to blurr a lot this doesnt seem to do that.

Hello. This model takes about 30-40 minutes for any image to render for me, while others, e.g. epicrealism_naturalSinRC1VAE or epicphotogasm_v4One4All take 1-3 mins. Is this normal or am I doing smth wrong? I use AUTOMATIC1111 and import it the same way as the others. I deleted and reinstalled it once. Sorry, I am the very newbie, so not much experience and understanding of how things work
However, the images are much better than with other models, so maybe it's normal that they render that slowly? I have 16GB memory M1 chip
Hey, Starlight is an SDXL model, while epicrealism is an SD v1.5 model, representing two distinct technologies. SDXL demands significantly more resources, so it's expected to run slowly on an M1 chip. However, a runtime of 30 to 40 minutes seems unusually long. Unfortunately, I lack information on running SDXL on MacOS with A1111, so I can't offer specific guidance, but I know there are community guides available to optimize your setup for SDXL.

@fjoljd It's likely a VAE issue. you would need to use the FP16 fixed VAE to get the best performance.
