The first boss of the SNES game Mystical Ninja. According to the intro she is a normally peaceful ghost, but something causes her unrest and she haunts the village, sending out the undead and attacking the player with fine china. She is also a boss in Parodius, and is adept at causing an inescapable death loop with her homing attacks, at least against my average skills.
