### Lana_Body_v1 – Female Body LoRA (Realistic, Stylized, Reusable)
This LoRA focuses on reproducing a specific female body type: a curvy, hourglass-shaped silhouette with a narrow waist, wide hips, full thighs, and a well-shaped, round buttock.
The system was trained using 23 high-quality, consistent full-body images in frontal, side, and back views to ensure stable geometry in various poses and outfits.
Example use cases:
– Add to any prompt using <lora:lana_body_v1:0.8> and ((lana_body))
– Combine with different faces, styles, clothing, or environments
– Works well for fashion, photorealistic portraits, stylized glamour, or anatomical basics
Strength recommendation: 0.7–0.9
