Feels a bit undertrained so I'll probably return to it with more images and try force it to understand the whatever the hell she's wearing

Finally a Fran model that actually looks like FRAN
So the problem I think a lot of the models have which I ran in to myself if there's actually not a lot of good images of Fran to use. The game despite having a HD update is still low quality, artists all cannot seem to agree on how she should appear with some making her darker or lighter skinned, her bust size obviously keeps going all over the place depending on who draws her
The way I tried to fix this was by using nude images of her with a consistent bust size and skin tone, to address the low quality images of her outfit I added images from Final Fantasy 14 (She makes a cameo) and images from a Skyrim mod to show the outfit clearly while trying to maintain the sort of 3d'ish form to prevent it be pulled towards one style
