Version 1:

A weight of 1 to 1.5 works well with this with most models with the best results around 1.35. With some checkpoints and prompts used, the weight would probably need to increase to get a more realistic result. Sampling Steps of 15 to 35 works well with most models, as does a CFG Scale of 5 to 7.

Putting prompts related to women may be needed to be put in the negative prompts due to the tendency for most people to make loras and checkpoints that hyper focus on the original alien women character from the first and second movies causing the picture results that tends to be effeminate or even full on women focused.

While some refer to the aliens as the Sil species, the alien race in question is unnamed. While the one name is popular, I find it refers mostly to the character since most people associate the character Sil while patently ignoring the other alien characters from the other movies. Therefore I gave it the name based on the movie franchise and not the character.
