The source images were all taken from a 2009 video of Kirsten dressed as an anime character dancing on the streets of Tokyo. Even though all the images had blue hair, Putting that in the prompt will help.
I wasn't sure how CivitAI's content parser would deal with the Otaku costuming on a real person, so I am not posting any images like that. The LoRA will produce them easily.
If you like this LoRA and generate some images, please share them here. It helps me learn what works and what does not!!!
There is no trigger word needed(all the samples were done without one). You can use 'kirsten-dunst-turning-japanese if you want.
In 2009, actress Kirsten Dunst starred in a music video covering "Turning Japanese," the 1980 hit by The Vapors. This project, titled "Akihabara Majokko Princess," was directed by McG and produced by renowned Japanese pop artist Takashi Murakami. The video was part of the "Pop Life: Art in a Material World" exhibition at London's Tate Modern gallery.
In the video, Dunst portrays an anime-inspired character, complete with vibrant blue hair and a stylized outfit, set against the backdrop of Tokyo's Akihabara district—a hub for otaku culture.
I create these LoRAs for less popular people I do not see represented by other creators.
Likes, shares, and buzz are always appreciated, as they help me decide whether to create similar ones or switch to other niche genres.
Gifting me buzz is great, but training is 99% done locally, so others could use it more.
