Upon reviewing your prompts, I see nothing regarding skin color, clothing, etc... However, the images you provided depict Sylvanas in very different ways. This suggests you likely have other triggers than "Sylvanas, blonde hair, red eyes" for representing her in her original costume and skin color but you ve chosen to only display a small part of prompts used for generating your showcased pics. Could you please add those missing informations?
Most of her look is baked into the Lora so you don't need any additional tags than the ones I provided...if you want different things from the character, you just prompt for it, like skin color etc.
