Wan 2.2 (T2V only): Download both the highnoise and lownoise loras, and plug them both into your workflow. The "training images" download contains the example I used for the previews. I did not use any speed loras, as there aren't any made for Wan 2.2 yet. You can plug the lightx2v lora in, but it may cause a limitation on 2.2's full potential.

This was trained specifically for I2V, including some where the man is not in frame. This should allow you to have the origin be out of frame, or have the man walk into the frame when he did not start there.
I've included the workflow I used for the preview images in the "Training Images" download.
T2V:
Most of the previews were created with strength 1, a couple were 0.7, and that might look better. Not sure what the ideal strength is.

Dumb question, but with these Wan 2.2 loras where / how are you supposed to noodle in the clip? I've just been wiring it into the high side but is that right? >_<
from my understanding and low quality research from a lot of workflows and asking people on reddit, it seems the clip needed to be connected only the higher noise.
vAnN47 Cool. So far I've tried no clip, high, and low with wonky results but that was using the loras meant for 2.1. Giving this one a go now so fingers crossed! ^_^
It isn't apparent from a visual workflow how the internal data structures are working. But as people say, it seems one clip pass can provide data to high and low iterations. And this needs to be HIGH, else the clip data won't be available until the low pass, since high comes first.
Do anyone have a solution to all generations looking the same especially the faces (no variety)? I had this problem with Wan 2.1 as well but with 2.2 and now adding loras to both of the samplers it's been even harder to remedy.
I've tried lowering the lora strength and disabling lora blocks but nothing really helps and ofcause lowering too much makes the loras useless.
Is this just something you have to live with? I've noticed a difference in how severe this is depending on which lora it is.
Turning off the lora(s) gives back the variety. At first I thought it was the Lightx2v and cfg 1 doing this and it might do this a little but there's still variety, at least without the nsfw loras.
You cannot escape the training data! If the LoRA includes image as well as motion/concept, the image will bias its output. Most recent LoRAs on this site seem poisoned, by which I mean elements not connected to purpose come through strongly when used. The answer is better training methods, but maybe fast and easy training- the type available to most- inherently has this problem.
blobby99 Thank you, I thought the training data was to blame as well. That kinda sucks. I need to sort out my loras and find the ones with the least "face data". All this testing and tweaking just slowly makes one lose interest you know. :D i2v at least fixes some of the issues.
The OP's example video's seem more varied than my own. In all my videos the girls look 99% identical. Maybe better prompting helps and not just counting on the random seed.
I just tested with all other cumshot loras on my pc and got all identical faces to this one. Then I disabled the lightx2v lora, ran 20 steps with 3.5 cfg and it helped some but didn't fix it a 100% imo. Something wierd is going on. Maybe i'll try another workflow or go back to Wan 2.1 for the time being.
Maybe it's cfg-zero-star or some other optimization doing this. Could also be comfyui going though many updates atm. and messing with stuff (I'm on all nightly builds). A pity testing takes so long to do. a minimum of around 20 minuttes is normal but just around 5 minuttes with lightx2v. I had some problems with identical face with Wan 2.1 but nothing like this. Well maybe in the future someone adresses this.

Rumaben I finally learned to train loras with kohya_ss with my dual 5090 7985WX system.
Now I got to figure out what tools I can use to do Wan 2.2 Lora's. I figure that with such a system I can feed in more training data with different faces and poses.

Turn the high noise all the way down to 0.4 or even below. At 1.0 this thing is so strong it managed to output two identical videos even on random seeds lol.
Yeah, with things separated by high/low and how long it takes to generate a video, I'm finding it pretty hard to test to see which epoch is the best for each. If something got overtrained, it wouldn't totally surprise me. I'm still learning how 2.2 works.
dtwr434 Yeah, it's very weird and I'm not sure if this 2.2 release is gonna take off. They really should have tried to make this one model.
dtwr434 I think despite it being strong at 1, this works really well when you turn it down so its a net positive. Before with 2.1 single model when you turn it down, its a sacrifice between it forgetting its function versus the face being overfitted. But from how the dual models works with each other, it sidesteps the face issue a bit because the low noise model doesn't have a blank slate to go ham on the face, it has to work with what its given.
But it depends on your cfg value and how many steps you're doing on your high noise pass. Did you try turning up the cfg for more flexibility and increasing the number of steps?

How did you train this? Did you use timestep boundary? Thinking that it might improve the "same face" comments you are getting.
According to the official implementation, the boundary of the timesteps for T2V is 0.875, so when training the low model, min=0, max=875, and for the high model, min=875, max=1000 would be good. Since I2V is 0.9, the thresholds are 900 for both. I know this feature was just added to a new branch of musubi-tuner

I suspect part of the face issue is possibly due to over training. I really can't tell which epoch is better than others cause it takes too long to generate a reasonable sample size when comparing. I would hope reducing the strength of either high or low or both would help with that. Someone in another comment was suggesting lowering the high noise strength a lot, but I haven't had time to do extensive testing to see which settings work best.
Overall, I'm finding 2.2 harder to work with than 2.1, and I'm not sure how much better it can really be for a concept like this.
dtwr434 can you use tensorboard on the log files. look for the epochs with the greatest loss, around where the slope has levelled off?
thejsn Hmm interesting, I didn't know about that tool. Thanks. It looks like the low noise one is almost a straight line, which would indicate it didn't actually get trained fully? The high noise curves a bit, but I wouldn't say it fully leveled off. It was still getting lower with each epoch, just not by a ton.
So, at least just by looking at the graph, it doesn't feel over trained. But then I don't know what I would do to improve faces if I were to attempt it again.

This is how I'm selecting which lora's to test. https://civitai.com/articles/83/using-tensorboard-to-analyze-training-data-and-create-better-models I am only trying character lora's but you could also do 1 frame samples to see how the faces turn out. I use swarm UI, load up wan video model, then use the grid generator option to swap all of the selected loras from tensorboard. Create a 1 frame grid and compare for likeness. I know yours is a bit different but perhaps a similar process.
thejsn Yeah I saw that after you mentioned tensorboard. Unfortunately, my graph looks nothing like those with peaks an valleys. It just kind of continuously goes down for the most part. If I train it enough to get it to start leveling off, the results are way overcooked.
More of a handjob lora, barely any cum in wan 2.2. But the handjob is there no matter what.

I never got any even close to that you got on pictures, using only this lora, without any fasters lora, without everyting, no matter what prompt means.
And they told me - try comfyUI - it's a bit harder, but it flexible.
ComfyUI is pretty helpful, cause you will be searching and installing every freaking unnecessary node to achive same result which you already got.
And now I'm about cumshots. I tried many loras, many seeds, many workflows, and everything I knew from my experience - that's a real luck to achive facials like on example pictures.

forfreelsd368 I am finding out new information every hour. Just play around with lora strength. Sometimes 1.0 HIGH & 1.0 LOW is better. Sometimes 2.0 HIGH & 1.0 LOW is better. Depending on the LoRa and depending on what other action LoRas are involved. I'm still thinking having High Noise Lightning disabled is the best for most situations

Your original i2v version is one of the best video loras ever made for doing what it's trying to achieve. I concur with others that the t2v 2.2 isn't even close. Did you use the same training content? Or did you try to "improve" it? Maybe 2.2 is the problem? Superior but more difficult to train. I also concur with others that we really appreciate your efforts! i2v is the goal. t2v is just an imprecise toy.
Works brilliant, but i can't achieve realistic shooting of cum. It splashes like throwing it from a glass, not the way cum spurts prom a penis. Surely a prompt issue, does anyone have suggestions?

is there any way to prevent camera from zooming in? i mainly use this for img2vid and ive used wording like "the frame never changes, camera stays still, camera view does not change" but it still zooms in.
I use "static camera" in the positive prompt and it works. Might also try "zoom in" in the negative prompt if it still doesn't work.

The comfyUI manager should give you an option to install missing nodes to make it easy. Having said that, I haven't updated the workflows for this since I originally uploaded, so there may be better ones out there.

@dhydraa296 2.2 exists, it was just trained for T2V. It may or may not work with I2V. What you might try doing is running the 2.2 high noise, and the 2.1 for low noise and see if it works.

Not sure what you mean. There's a highnoise and a lownoise available for T2V. If you're asking about I2V, I don't have a 2.2 version for that at all as the 2.1 version always ended up better.
I just changed the name to exclude the 2.2/2.1 part, since that was only true for T2V. Maybe that will clear up confusion.

@BigJuggsAI 2.1 lora with 2.1. Wan 2.2, the cum just splashes all over the place, most of the time back at the man, and it makes no sense. None of my training data is like that at all.

I haven't done a lot of testing with that, but I did have 3 videos in the training data with 2 women. It was captioned something like this:

My two cents on something like this. In the description theres the type of triggers words. Some times its a plain copy paste. But for me I mainly use a uncensored LLM to describe my image and motion im looking for with the triggers words. Mix it all together and i get fairly very good results.
