Ok after testing here is what I found out.

Run the Lora between 0.75-0.85 for best results.

Put Multiple_Arms into negatives to avoid accidental extra arms due to images used in training.

I'll be adding these to the triggers but for best multi arms like sample images use Multiple_Arms, 4_Arms
