Karla from the Record of Lodoss War (ロードス島戦記) anime OVA series. Karla is a sorceress who transferred her soul to a golden circlet prior to her death 500 years before the time of the series. Her spirit takes possession of the body of whoever wears the circlet, and she has survived by moving from body to body for centuries. Seven years prior to the start of the OVA, she takes possession of the body of Leylia, a priestess of Marfa the goddess of creation.

Included are the parts needed to create her Karla costume as well as her Leylia priestess robes. Note that she has blue eyes as Leylia but purple eyes when possessed by Karla. Generally you'll use the LoRA as follows:
Main trigger: k4rl4
Karla costume: gold circlet, purple eyes, purple lips, necklaces, earrings, purple gown, black cloak, gold clasps, long fingernails
Leylia costume: blue eyes, hair comb, forehead ornament, white robes, gold bracelets, sandals
Additional special effects for Karla: glowing aura, purple energy
She always wears the same hairstyle with ponytail in both forms, so the LoRA will produce it by default with no prompting. If you need to reinforce, though, you can try adding: black hair, ponytail
Her bust is average sized for 90s anime (small by today's anime standards), but you can easily crank it up using: large breasts, cleavage

I realise I'm not the best judge as I mostly prefer to look at men, but Karla's breasts were really perfect, weren't they? Even if you make them larger, they're really pretty, so she's always beautiful. I guess that's what happens when you're an immortal witch!
Deedlit and Pirotess get most of the attention, but Karla is the pick if you like beautiful and mature. I'm guessing she doesn't get as much attention due to her preference for concealing clothing.
@vertexon That's very true, though Deedlit and Pirotess are both very beautiful. Karla does have a more mature aesthetic, it gives her a very sophisticated impression as a character, which works very well with her subtle way of interacting with the main force of the narrative.
Probably a bit ironic, considering that Deedlit and Pirotess are both ageless elves. Of the two, Pirotess seems more mature, but Deedlit eventually becomes more mature in her attitude as well. Which I'd say is inevitable when you're dating an idiot like Parn.

In episode 3, the female character Setsuko transforms into an ogre and back in a sequence which in my poor opinion is one of my favorites of all time.
Believe it or not, I've heard of and seen some Ogre Slayer. A very representative example of 90s dark horror anime with Japanese cultural aesthetic and no holds barred storyline. My roommate in college was big into the genre. Yes, I'll work on a Setsuko transformation LoRA for you since the character strikes me and you've been a big consumer of my work. @readme1324 My pleasure! It's going to take me a little time to get this one out. The video you linked is the only source I can find, and it's really rough. It's a capture from a 30 year old VHS tape that's been put through digital compression multiple times over the years - so it's going to take a little time for me to clean it up. Plus the ogre scene is intentionally dark, blue, and foggy for maximum spookiness. I tried putting a few images into an upscaler untouched just to see what would happen, and the upscaler laughed out loud at me. "Dark green blob surrounded by dark blue blob? You got it, chief!" Don't worry, I can make it work but it's going to require hand editing.
