Weight can go from 0.9 up to 1. I recommend 1. Works with almost every Style, every Character and Photorealistic Models. There is no way to control the amount of arms for now. Will be updated.

You jest, but I have actually had reasonably good success combining similar concept LORA's at partial strengths, like two 4 arm LORA's at .4 strength each can often yield really good results compared to just one at full strength.
