@unkftlvr lol, just what I was looking for as well. Did you find out if this lora does that?
@AiGuy7 I couldn't fint a lora for that, but if you try using hypersperm lora it has a word that triggers bulges inside testicles, I remember it works on Pony, but my attempts on making them appear on Illustrious kept failing...

@AiGuy7 I managed to do some good stuff, I had to use both giant spem lora and hypersperm lora at 0.6, even tho they are both for pony, they turned out pretty decent in illustrious
