Rules of Voting and Prizes:
1) Each Judge has 5 Votes. (Judges are Me/My friends/Armada Members/Hi3 Beta Testers)
2) Votes can be assigned to any Chibi of their choosing with a max of 2 Votes Per Chibi.
3) In case of a Tie Breaker the Chibi with more 2-Point Votes wins.
4) Prizes for this Competition were: Top 1: 25.000 Buzz Top 2-5: 2.500 Buzz

Zlia actually Won 2 other TOP Spots as well based on the amount of Votes... Their works also took TOP 2 and TOP 3. Originally rules would've made it so I would award only 25.000 Buzz to Zlia, but after checking their Prompts, I have to admit the amount of thought put into the Outfits of each Chibi is immaculate. So I will award 5.000 Buzz to them for both TOP 2 and TOP 3 Spots. They absolutely deserve it and every judge has also agreed with me on this.

A bit funny but every Judge agreed to keep this entry as an Honorable Mention due to how funny it looks even though Top 5 Entry is made by the same Person.
