Basically it just makes really big muscle men and also works good with size difference. Mainly it creates huge biceps and pecs with a more narrow waist for that extreme look. Doesn't work as good with hetero stuff at high weights. More Gay focused.

The size of the cock and balls also expands depending on the prompt. Per default no particular trigger is needed. but in my testing tags like "hyper muscles", "huge cock", "huge muscles", "huge pecs" etc. should do the trick

Recommended Strength is 0.7 but everything between 0.2 and 1.0 should work depending on the base checkpoint used.
