Here's a cleaned up version of Suoiresnu's style. I've noticed in baked in versions it's not where I wanted it to be or his watermark became too prevalent. So I've come out of hiding and make a version that lacks those attributes.

There is some noticeable blurring at 1.0 so if you need, lower the strength down to 0.9 for the best results. Can go as low as 0.75 and work well.
