Chaz Ashley from Phantasy Star 4.

To generate the character use "Chaz Ashley" or just "Chaz" or "ChazPS" if you have trouble getting parts of his outfit to show up add words like "armor" "headband" "uniform" "shoulder armor" etc.

The model isn't perfect. I don't think his face is 100% correct, and I think his back armor could use a little work. Perhaps something I can improve for a later version.
