This is just an ULTRA simple ComfyUI workflow. It only has the Checkpoint, two Lora slots, and the positive and negative prompt zones. This is for people who are new to ComfyUI or just want something super fast and simple.
This workflow is for checkpoints that don't need a refiner such as SD 1.5 checkpoints as well as the many new SDXL models that don't require refiners.
You'll get an error message at first I'm sure as your checkpoints and loras will be in a different location than mine. Once you switch out the checkpoint and loras you should be good to go!
EDIT: This was my first ComfyUi workflow, I have a couple more up that, while slightly more complex, are more fun to work with. I encourage you to check them out and give them a spin! 😀

Wow, this is the first time to see this statement, are you sure that all LORA in the official default COMFY also need to be set between 2 and 8?
No, not all of them. Some are super strong and I've even seen ones do OK at .5, but the majority of the SDXL Loras I've tried seem to need a high value in ComfyUI. Maybe I've just been unlucky and have just been testing super weak loras, but I'm not sure.
