This lora recreates Verge, a sectoid police officer from the video game XCOM: Chimera Squad.

After the defeat of the Elders (alien overlords), Earth was devastated from the long war, and needed to be rebuilt. As part of this, humanity (mostly) made peace with the formerly dominated slave races of the Elders living on the planet too, joining to together create a better world. Part of this resulted in Verge joining the police forces, where he serves well thanks to his moral character and psionic abilities. Having enjoyed some further genetic treatments, he also doesn't look quite as scary as regular sectoids anymore...
