At the outset - I haven't used Illustrious much, so this in response to a request for a 'Desi' LoRA like my Tabela series for Pony or my Desi Coffee series for SDXL and Flux.

Here then is a Illustrious XL version of the Desi Coffee LoRA to generate Indian looking faces and skintone.

This trained on realistic images and not been tested on Anime, so YMMV

The same trigger words work as before:

• desi (general South Asian tone)

• desilatte (light tone)

• desimocha (medium tones)

• desiespresso (dark tones)

Would love to see what folks can produce using this to determine if it makes sense to do a new version.
