It's getting ridiculous with how bad documentation has gotten. There needs to be better standards and best practices should be enforced. huggingface, git, and so on are becoming worse and worse and I'm certain it's because of laziness and way too much AI assistance.
At least the OP actually linked where things can be downloaded from and helps out. The same can't be said for a lot of people.
@LetTheBassDrop this always is the case in free open source projects with people from all over working on separate projects and plugins with different backgrounds of expertise, it's kind of inevitable. Only thing you can really do is fine youtube videos or articles/workflows that are simple and easy to follow to get started then work on learning more every day. Also asking questions if your stuck, most of workflow creators here have been helpful in providing assistance when things don't work right. remember, these people are doing it on their own time and for free. they aren't obligated to provide perfect documentation.
@LetTheBassDrop The AI stuff is especially bad because of how vastly popular it is across thew world and how intertwined this small subset of tools is across all levels of it. Even though it is daunting to deal with (and I hate dealing with it) the truth is things are way more organized than it seems and it's only by the grace of tools like pip and git that it works at all. But yeah, shit is annoying as hell to deal with and half the time I give up lol.
