This isn't very good at making specific characters from the Civilization franchise because there isn't much in game art of the characters. I'm hoping I'll be able to use this Lora to greatly improve the images and add a few new things to the dataset.

I really want to get more data for Theo(dora) and Cleo(patra) so that they can be created but after that I'll port to pony. (I'm highly chuffed that I just realized that Theodora and Cleopatra have rhyming nicknames 🤣).

You mean in terms of prompting or in terms of tech? If it's in terms of prompting, use natural language and booru tags (there's a bit list of them out there on Civitai somewhere I believe). I also recommend finding a style lora you like or otherwise finding an artist you like that the model already recognizes, because without one of these things, the style is haphazard.
Finally, I've found that putting "absurdres, masterpiece" at the end of my prompt helps but that might be a placebo.
