hey @steran891670 , you can start by looking at some of the articles here on civitai. For example, this is a good place to start: https://civitai.com/articles/4/make-your-own-loras-easy-and-free
you can also check some youtube videos on "lora training"
with these you'll understand the foundations, and the you need to practice a bit. training an outfit or a character is the easiest to start with. but you also need to determine whether you have the hardware to train locally in your pc, your if you need to use a cloud service. these basic questions can be found on most beginner youtube videos

But for example, if I want to make a lora of a bedroom similar to your Japanese country house, with how many photos did you make? and from all possible angles? And in the texts should I detail everything that is seen?
@steran891670 it's not too different training background. to make a Japanese style house interior, you could get around 100-200 images of multiple angles.
if you're using anime base model for training (e.g. NAI), for the tags I'd suggest using an autotagger like WD1.4 in koyhaa ss gui (what you can use to train loras locally), and then add a tag at the beginning of each text file, e.g. "japanese house"
