It puts a dick where the tongue should be. Results may include dick-like tongues or tongue-like dicks. Original intention was to include has or hasn't got balls in the same model, but doing enough steps to get balls only when prompted repeatedly also resulted in unacceptable style bleed and other quality issues.
So dicktongue without balls is series A. Dicktongue with balls is series B.
As of v5B, series B is not as reliable as series A, so you should only use it if you really want to see some balls. Also, it sometimes leaves off the balls and it sometimes leaves off the dick. I'm not sure if it can make a regular tongue with balls on purpose, but personally I think it's hilarious that it happens at all.
