Is there a way to remove the cutie marks?

Best looking one for illustrious at least by far but it'd be much appreciated and would love to see an update that integrates it better with anthro bodies and improves clit visual and orientation stability across various camera angles/perspectives and distances. Also even more importantly that it doesn't force change a characters tail into a horse tail! For example it force changes my zebra character's zebra tail into typical hair strand covered horse tail so I can't use it on her sadly :(
