A ground-up rebuild using various pregnancy loras from civitAI. Also useful to improve realism for regular anatomy though it can easily affect the belly and navel, try adding (pregnant:0.5) to the negative prompt to offset.
Suggested weight range - (0.7-1.0)

In your examples, you write <lora:pregmix-v2> so the weight is missing. Is the Lora even loaded?
It defaults to 1.0 when no weight is specified and gives acceptable results at that weight.
