I wanted to experiment with a real person for once. So this is a LoRA with Austrian idol and cosplayer keekihime as the subject.

The trigger is keekihime.

This was largely trained on her social media photos and a bit of her cosplay photosets.

Unfortunately Pony is definitely the wrong model to train realistic stuff on, but it is kinda fine as a proof-of-concept. I guess I need to look at setting up for local flux training, or just train onsite, unless someone has good recommendations for other checkpoints?
