Ashley Tisdale is an American actress, singer, and producer, born on July 2, 1985, in Monmouth County, New Jersey. She gained widespread recognition for her role as Sharpay Evans in Disney's High School Musical franchise, a part that became a cultural phenomenon. Tisdale began her career in entertainment at a young age, appearing in over 100 commercials and starring in stage productions like Les Misérables. She also played Maddie Fitzpatrick in Disney's The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.

In addition to acting, Ashley launched a successful music career. Her debut album, Headstrong (2007), was certified gold by the RIAA.
