Any ideas for what to do when movements are too quick? Is that something Flow controls?
you can try few things (im using the HunyuanVideoWrapper):
- change the Scheduler to SDE-DPMSolverMultistepScheduler (i get the best results with this)
- try same prompt / same seed with "Apply_Final_Norm" enabled/disabled (normally i disable it)
- make sure "skip_layer" is set to 2
- try the Lora without any other lora and strength 1.0
- disable the negative prompt
For the samples i used (you can check the attached training-data workflow):
- im using 101 frames, 400x608, guidance 7, flowshift 10, base steps 22, no negative prompt
- prompt was generated with the Prompt Generator - ImpactWildcardProcessor -> connected to the PrePompt input b

@tawsLoRa thanks I will explore these options. I found that SDE-DPMSolverMultistepScheduler seemed slower than FlowMatchDiscreteScheduler but speed aint everything I guess :)
A lot of my generations have a claymation/stop motion like feel/look to them. I'm guessing because the training data of the lora has stop motion/claymation tentacle 'corn' right?. Im sure its quite difficult to find a realistic interpretation/movement data for this lora.
