This is the first Lora I trained for PonyXL and I did it through here (CivitaiTrainer) since I am not sure where can I go and train one myself, also I have like 4GB of VRAM so I don't think I can use Kohya-ss (Maybe? I saw the UI and got lost, maybe I'll try to find tutorials later).
