Riding Dildo for Hunyuan Video - v1.0
    NSFW

    v1.0 usage

Use trigger words r1ding d1ldo and She is riding up and down on a dildo as it penetrates her vagina.

I've found strength of around 0.8 works best, too low and movement is off, too high and artifacts start to appear.

You can describe the type of dildo and a squatting or kneeling position. Full prompt for example:

R1ding D1ldo. A nude woman with auburn long and curly hair and tanned skin squatting with her hands in front of her over a carpet. She has a slender build with large breasts and visible nipples. Under the woman, there is a pink dildo. It is positioned between her legs. She is riding up and down on a dildo as it penetrates her vagina. Her legs are spread wide open, fully exposing her vagina. The woman has a expression of sexual pleasure, with her mouth open. She appears to be looking directly at the viewer. The background is a living room.

Sample vids were generated using the hyvideo fast video lora, 8 steps.

    Training Info

Used a 3090Ti with 24gb VRAM. Trained on 30 videos with at least 50 frames, 4 closeups. lr 5e-5, 10 repeats, 244 resolution.

Results look fantastic. Wide variety and no weirdness. Can you share a link to any info you have on training a Lora? I've got a 4090 and would like to do local Lora training.

I can tell you that right now you have two main options:
( https://github.com/tdrussell/diffusion-pipe )diffusion-pipe came first and is more mature but is heavier VRAM wise. People with 24GB like your 4090 have successfully trained with videos using it. I have 16GB and only ever was able to train with images. It does have an option for using multi GPU but it doesn't work for Hunyuan yet. I think that's what trained this particular LORA based on it's formatting and metadata(or lack of).

( https://github.com/kohya-ss/musubi-tuner )musubi tuner by Kohya-SS of sdscripts fame is a bit newer but has more options for those with less than 24GB of VRAM like myself(block swap, split attn, etc). I trained a LORA last night on 768x432, 64frames @ 24fps videos successfully with 16GB VRAM!

As far as settings the defaults for either are a good place to begin. Both do have FP8 mode so be sure to make use of that, the activation memory requirements of video are HUGE so you need all the free VRAM you can get for that. With Musubi you can use --split_attn to help with that and --blocks_to_swap(up to 36 works for me) to help further. I've only managed a few experiments myself and can't really speak further. Hope that's helpful

Edit: A few other small things:
--LORAs trained on only images do work, but often have stiff or unnatural motion. Lowering the LORA weight can help a tad though.
--Most of the LORA on civit were trained with diffusion-pipe as of the writing of this comment on January 9, 2025, but I think eventually more people might use musubi given it's lighter requirements(unless d-pipe implements more memory saving options in the future!) Even those with higher VRAM can benefit from training at higher res or longer frames.
--Not specifically training, but if you wanna use multiple LORA together during inference(for instance character + action), it's often beneficial to use the block edit node from HunyuanWrapper to apply them only to the double blocks. They will play much more nicely together.

I used this guide to get diffusion-pipe running on windows: Step-by-Step Tutorial: Diffusion-Pipe WSL Linux Install & Hunyuan LoRA Training on Windows. | Civitai

Also if you look at one of dtwr434's loras you can download their training data to see how you should caption the vids/images and good settings for the config files, they work for 24GB vram.

For captioning I use a key phrase followed by a description of the location/furniture/objects, and the subjects hair/makeup/clothing/tattoo's etc.

@blyss for anyone reading this if you are using Hunyuan in native Comfy instead of the wrapper, there is another node called "Hunyuan Multi Lora" or similar that allows you to turn on double blocks. It was only added 3 days ago.

@blyss Thank you so much for all of this helpful information! There's a whole lot here that I need to dig into, and I appreciate all of the advice!

very nice results. You can switch the dildo to other stuff too and it works very well =)

    crombobularJan 9, 2025

i have yet to try it, but what other objects work well? can you try some super weird stuff too?

    MonsterJan 10, 2025

@crombobular Is a traffic cone weird? Because that works for some reason.

@crombobular mushrooms work well, too ;) you can even make the mushrom cum inside and then stuff is dripping out ;D

    Nice LoRa!

I generated some 61x512x512 videos using AI prompts and everything looks good.

Wow. That's really high quality output.

    Good job!

Will we see an alternate an. version?

Yeah I do want to try that now this version seems to be working well for everyone. Will probably try and group it into the same Lora but with different prompts for the next version. Also I want to try musubi tuner which apparently allows higher res training data for the same vram.

Hi, what does your dataset.toml looked like if I mmay ask ? (trying to figure it out, I'm guessing 'in the dark' for video samples right now... in particular the frame_buckets [] portion which is a mystery for me still.

If you could share details appreciated, cool results on your lora by the way.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, I've uploaded the dataset.toml I used under training data. It might be out of date at this point as I've switched to musubi-tuner which seems better optimized for lower VRAM.

    3427221Feb 1, 2025

@definitelynotadog I keep an eye on musubi-tuner but so far no lulck in running it, it seems i'm always missing some files or settings, anyway thanks for the .toml

How is the LORA, with diffusion pipe or other? formed, what are the necessary PC capacities?

Diffusion pipe, 24GB VRAM. I'm experimenting with musubi-tuner at the moment which seems better for lower VRAM.

    Best lora on here.

Can you make a v2 with different size and penetration options?

Notes say 35 epochs and 2600 steps, is this the final model after all that?

What does your dataset and config toml files look like?

Was this yrained on images only or video too?

This is one of the better nsfw hunyuan loras hence I would really appreciate your reaponse, just started training my own lora and there is not much info around at the moment for known good results imo

Yeah 2600 steps was about 24hr of training on a 3090Ti. Dataset was ~30 videos, no images. I think images would be counterproductive for a motion lora. You can try adding some closeup videos for better detail of the action. I would train until the lora is working well under 1 strength,

You can download my training data to see how I've got diffusion-pipe setup. I've been experimenting with musubi but not had much luck honestly, output is either blurry or disfigured which is a shame because it uses much less VRAM. But diffusion-pipe with LR of 5e-5 works well for me.

Other than that the dataset is key with good natural language captions describing the position/angle/motion well along with describing everything in the scene.
