This is just the exact same LORA but I have just made the name easier to use. Version 1.0 was my first LORA release so I didn't realise the importance of a shorter name.
Use this instead:

The development of this LORA was guided by a selection of key LORAs, each contributing its unique strengths to the final result. The detailed_eye-10 LORA enhances the level of intricate detail in the eyes, enabling them to truly come alive on the screen. Evera, another pivotal component, lends a natural and realistic texture to the overall rendering, ensuring a lifelike appearance. The polyhedron_skinny_all LORA adds depth and dimension to the objects, while the more_details LORA focuses on enhancing the finer elements, bringing out even the smallest nuances in the image.

Surprisingly well done LORA. Very smooth effect. Does not distort the style of the main model. Sometimes adds small picant details, such as moles for example. This is great.
Why surprisingly? Because those pictures that you posted do not reveal the essence of what it does at all... I downloaded it just for the sake of interest ....
