I want to ask this non-combatively, I'm truly interested in your answer. I'm NOT trying to attack you. I'm only curious what your reason might be.
What makes you think I shouldn't sell images created with this model? And why do you feel you have the authority over the matter?
Kind regards from someone trying to understand this new territory people are venturing into.
I just making these lora for interst and I'd like to share with others cause I've downloaded a lot of checkpoints and loras made by others. But I just don't want to cause any troubles by making this. It's not like i won't let you selling images created by this lora. It's like if you cause any troubles or law issues by selling celebrities' images, it has nothing to do with me.
King regards
The law states that stealing and killing are illegal and have consequences. However, it's up to the individual to choose whether or not to follow the law. 👮♂️
Images created with an AI model without proper consent or legal rights, they may also face legal repercussions such as being sued for copyright infringement or violating privacy laws. 📷
When CIVITAI creators warn against using the AI for commercial or unethical purposes, it's done primarily to safeguard their own interests (creators). This means that users bear the responsibility for any potential legal or ethical violations, and the creators distance themselves from any such implications. 🚫💰
Ultimately, the decision to follow the law and ethical guidelines is up to the individual.🤔
It's not that the creator of the AI model wants to prevent you from making money or staying broke, but it's important to consider the potential consequences of selling images created with the model without proper consent or legal rights.
If a celebrity team, company, or anyone else were to sew (user) and track down the creator of the AI model, they would likely see that the creator has explicitly stated that the model should not be used for certain purposes. As a result, any legal or ethical consequences arising from the use of the model would ultimately be the responsibility of the user.
bro you are so Funny~
could you share what settings you used making LORA? like learing rate, steps, number of images, etc...
I just followed this guide, and changed unet learning rate to 1e-4, uncheck "use_8_adams" ,leave all other settings as default in that google colab.
@Ithlinni oh my god thanks so much
@Ithlinni How many images do you usually use? When you generate your images are you always using the High res fix? I've tried to create a Lora on a real person and none of my attempts come out with a face as similar as yours are.
@araragi77 I think 20 high quality images is enough. Yes, I prefer using high res fix otherwise it will not be enough pixels to generate a good face. But I think it will be ok if you generate a face portrait at 512*768 pixels without high res fix.
which model was used to generate the sample pics?
