This LoRA should help you create true transwoman, not futanari, characters. There are no strictly required activation words, but transwoman, tgirl and shemale do help. Check the prompts for included examples. Sorry to use some derogatory terms, but some models tend to get confused without them. Obviously you should mention penis and testicles in prompt.
