This is a species called impims, you can make your own for free.
You can make have different genders, designs, etc. Make sure to not make ai think they're actually hoodies.

I can only note is if you want it dog ears, you can, make sure to replace "Cat ears" with dog ears as hood. Doesn't always need to be Cat ears related. Goes for tails. You can make them buff, a monster and all that! Have fun!
