The model will create massively oversized arms compared to the rest of the body. If you are good with the negative prompt, you can make it generate normal/petite body and make just the arms muscular.

Why only the arms?
This pairs well with other LORAs and does a good job of removing "roid gut" by snatching their waistline. Helps make women look feminine, yet also muscular. I ran this with 3 other LORAs at about 0.7 strength and it had a very noticeable improvement on my generations.
This was my LORA stack:

(All were set to 0.7 strength)
