I've already embedded the VAE, so you don't need to select this option. Of course, if you have a better VAE model, you can choose to use yours.
I think a good base model should allow for free - flowing creativity. You don't need to be overly cautious. For the Sampler, I suggest you use Euler a or Euler. When I used this model, I added quality - hinting tags. Just by typing "1girl", I could create works with a great vibe.
